Rock music designed with adults in mind !!!
The world of MWB consists of two elements (for now), the first of which is, of course MWB and the other being Man Without Band. This site takes you on a journey inside both of these projects.
Let’s talk about MWB first. Some things have changed for the better, over the years, and some things have not. Music seems to fall in the latter of these two categories. Since the start of the computer age just about anybody is able to produce music and not many people are interested in the long process of learning how to play an instrument (just a theory). End of the story - not enough good music on the market.
Enter MWB...
I like to think of it as rock music for the adult listener – not that I’m knockin’ today’s grooves - I just feel that a whole group of listeners is being ignored by the industry. When I was growing up the “generation gap” was much wider than it is today. My parents thought that my listening music was weird at best. I, on the other hand think that the music that my kids hear is okay. The music of today is cool, although I feel that guitar solos shouldn’t just be reserved for metal tunes. KC
